Hoop Dance is the newest way to get in shape using a good old fashioned hula hoop! Improve balance, agility, grace, core strength and eye/​hand coordination in this alternative fitness class!

Based out of beautiful Vancouver British Columbia, Canada. Pamela aka *The Hoop Fairy* teaches beginner Hoop Dance classes throughout the Lower Mainland as well as creates custom collapsible beginner/​intermediate Groove hoops and PolyPro hoops. Pamela also teaches and entertains at various festivals, community events, school events, birthday parties and hula hoop parties!

My goal is to spread the word about the benefits of Hoop Dance and provide beautifully handcrafted custom hoops to all those who love to play! I use top-​quality materials, an array of dazzling colors and a range of popular sizes to create the perfect hoop. Hoop Dance is an alternative fitness routine as well as a meditative art form and has changed and enriched my life in many ways. This enchanting toy has brought great physical and self awareness into my circle. Sharing my passion of Hoop Dance has been very rewarding and I am grateful for the opportunity to introduce this artistic movement to you! ~ Pamela
