Spent over an hour in here. with a 20-something female friend on a budget. She was expanding her semi-casual & professional wardrobe for career work. Success. Selection: A lot of nice tops at Suzy: blouses, tunics, cardigans, blazers etc. Colours are varied but muted enough for office wear. Website gives a good feel for their aesthetic and is useful for an advance taste of what to expect, though store selection deviates signficantly. Where they really win is dress pants. Crisp look, nice fabric, okay stitching for $ 26 regular retail is solid, and the well-stocked discount rack at the back of the store has a good selection of smart-looking pant styles at $ 15 ish if you’re willing to spend a bit of time hunting to match body shape/size. Service: Agree with previous reviewers, for some reason they don’t care much about customer service here. I know for sure that my friend would have purchased more if the staff had been more friendly /helpful. Overall: You’ll find good office-appropriate fashion at reasonable-to-great prices if you’re willing to hunt around in here and spend a bit of time serving yourself.

I agree with Jessica in terms of the customer service part which is why when I lived in Coquitlam I went to that location more so than Metrotown(off and On depending on sale). In terms of clothes selection they carried the same things seasonally. The shopping atmosphere isn’t the greatest but if you can find your size price wise it is a score.

Even though I love Suzy shier, this particular location, for some reason isn’t my favorite. I find the clothes are pretty disorganized, service is average(actually lacking a bit), there is always line up for the fitting rooms and when I compared the clothes quality and variety to other stores, this one seems to get the«unwanted» staff. I have never been able to find anything. Every time I get in the store, it takes me only 5 minutes to get out. It is too bad that having such a prime location at Metrotown, there is not potential for finding anything good.
