Pohl’s Bavarian Rye bread is dense, flavourful and made from natural ingredients. Plus it’s a local Burnaby business. I bought this loaf from International House of Sausage for around $ 5. It’s worth it considering a thin slice of Pohls is as satisfying as a thick slice of cheaper breads. Looking forward to dropping in at their store.

Uli Pohl is by far the most gracious and professional caterer I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with.
I recently had him cater my wedding of 80 people and many of my guests told me that it was the best food they have ever had at a wedding. Vegetarian lasagne, BBQ chicken, pork medallions, salmon with cream sauce and many creative side dishes including fresh vegetables, speatzle and numerous delicious desserts.
I also found the bill to be quite reasonable. Highly recommended!
