I had parking sensors added front and back to my Mercedes SLK 350 I also added a Sony XAV satellite Navigation system which included a review camera and also because the car is so low and I was concerned about high kerbs that would not be picked up by the parking sensors I also had a forward facing camera. I had some issue with the parking sensors due to a faulty sensor which did not show up right away, I also had a very strange issue occur relating to my Sony system and rear view camera whereby my on board computer erroneously thought I had some rear bulbs out. It was a very complex problem to solve as well as time consuming, however, John stood behind his product and obviously was not happy until I was happy. It is not often that you find people who believe so strongly in customer service and who are willing to stand by their product to such a degree and who follow the mantra of «I will not be happy until my customer is completely satisfied». I am so glad that I went to N-​Motion and I am more than happy to recommend them both as individuals as well as a Company.

Great service from NMotion, John is very knowledgeable and was completely honest with his work. I have had John do the tinting on my car and was done professionally. They have a lifetime warranty so if you have problems, just bring it back no questions asked.
Had him diagnose a headlight issue on my car today and was happy with his work.

Very knowledgeable staff and customer service. Been using them for window tinting, back up sensors, HID lights, dash cam and custom sticker works. Their price is very fair and I have been referring my friends to them. Check out their beautiful showroom with lots of hands on demo on their display case. Fantastic prices and workmanship! I bought a stereo and subs plus I had speakers and amps I owned installed. The installer was friendly and knowledgeable! Definitely knows his craft. N-​Motion blew away their competitions prices and I got far better quality service from the staff. I have a Mercedes that I will bring back here and definitely recommend to others. Thanks again guys! I brought my car in for a straight-​forward install of a receiver and Bazooka Tube Subwoofer. The installer managed to break several pieces from underneath my shifter console, rendering my shift indicator useless. I have a handful of random, broken pieces.
Also, after 5 hours in the shop, the installer told me he didn’t have time to secure my Bazooka bass tube (potentially leaving it flopping around loose in my trunk) blew my mind! — Only after I demanded to have it secured, did he do so — Labour cost $ 350!
As I drove away, the plate around my new receiver fell off! And, I got a warning for the very first time while owning the car that my ABS was fried — scary! Next day, I noticed my entire console around the shifter came loose. This is the entire cover piece, that he removed surrounding all my car’s controls.
They offered for me to drop the car off so they could address these problems. Unfortunately, I won’t for 2 very good reasons:
1) I don’t have the time to sit through a re-​do. It was suppose to be done with high quality the first time, the only time (!) as promised by the installer
2) My trusted BMW mechanics in Burnaby advised me NOT too entrust these ‘hacks’ with my car as they could do serious damage to more of its systems.
I will NEVER recommend anybody use these amateurs for any reason whatsoever. They obviously didn’t care less for the work I paid them to do, as evidenced by no less than 5 problems they left unfixed and newly created problems.

DONT use n motion. Their quality is poor and they over charge for their poor quality. I would not use their service if even offered to me for free. Reason being is its a waste of time and you will need to get it done again elsewhere the right way. I learnt this the hard way and I hope I save you the stress, time and money. N motion is a no no.

Poor installation of tint, will not return. Be warned.

Very happy with the service at N-​Motion.
I had them install a paint protection film on my new car. The technician took his time doing the install and I could tell he treated the job as if it was being done to his own vehicle.
I would use N-​Motion again.

Horrible experience. The old mechanic there is a know it all and does everything based on his timeline. I asked for a number of things to be done and ordered in priority as some of the easy work I could do myself. He decided to start with the easiest work and spent 60% of his time on the internet researching as he did not know much about European vehicles. I was quotes 2 – 2.5 hours. After 4.5 hours of waiting I was charged 3 hours of labour and only 30% of the work was completed. All the high priority stuff I asked for was not done. Will never go back again.

Managment here is good and on top if their game. If you are looking for customization electronics or a car alarm, I’d suggest going here. There aren’t many suppliers in the city. N-​Motion has grown well as a company mainly due to their good business practises and products. Check them out.

Super-​friendly, reasonably priced. I had a backup camera system installed on my SUV, and they did it quickly, and well. That’s about all you can ask for, right? :-)
