I live close by and love this place. It’s tasty and the staff are super friendly. Prices are good and the food is delicious. I love the spring rolls, salad rolls and the phở. Hard to want to try anything else since those are so delicious. Also, make sure you try the Koch shakes. There’s two kinds and super tasty!

Great little out of the way place. Haven’t tried their Canadian cuisine but the Vietnamese food was excellent. Had lemongrass chicken on rice with an egg and spring rolls. My friend had lemongrass pork with vermicelli and thought it was great. Good portions and fast service at lunch and affordable

We stopped here because of it’s very convenient location by the Edmonds pool. I really wanted to like this place but unfortunately it’s just okay. The prices are a bit expensive for the size of the portions. It’s not bad, it’s just not good. If you have to eat so phở this will do, but if you can drive a bit further you might want to go somewhere else.

In the less-desirable part of Edmonds, between Canada Way & Kingsway, with no other Vietnamese places in the area, so you’ve really got no choice. Washrooms are pretty 80s. I’ve only tried their iced coffee which is pretty subpar, too sweet, not enough coffee action taste like my favourite in DT Vancouver, One Saigon. It’s a bigger than usual place for phở, a stand-alone property with a pretty rough-shape parking lot, kinda uneven – i wouldn’t feel safe coming here at night, that’s or sure. To be fair, this entire street isn’t well-lit compared to Kingsway where the Middlegate is prospering somewhat. Authentic-operated.
