Experienced the worst service. We ordered 4 bubble teas and gave us 1 bubble tea and 3 fruit shakes instead. I even asked the lady named Vivianne before I took my order if it was a bubble tea. She said yes. And then after few minutes, I went back to have my order changed because she made me fruit shake/slushy instead. When I had her changed it she told me that I was informed that my order was a fruit slushy. She was very rude and did not even say sorry. She seems like she doesn’t like what she was doing. i hope the management will pay attention on their employees’ attitude.

As far as fast food smoothies are concerned, this is okay. I came here ’cause I had a promo coupon at the time for 2 for one. More ice than fruit but cheapish at the same time. Not really a meal deal. Bubble tea was okay. Staff are really friendly.

I love watermelon slush! But they really need to improve their customer services– at least greet customers when they approach.

Mango bubble tea tastes great, just shy of $ 5 with tax. Strafed are friendly and efficient. Nice bubbles, smooth and delicious. One of the best around so says my daughter

This is my usual shopping beverage when i’m at Metrotown. I always get the Milk Tea with pearls and it’s really good! One of the best that i’ve had! Their selection is plentiful so i’m sure everyone will find something they like here.

The girls are super sweet and friendly here. Bubble tea is good too! I usually get the honey green tea. I don’t hesitate to come here when I’m in the area :)

Every time I watch a movie here at Metropolis, I load up on the fresh smoothies or juices, quite healthy too — b/c i know i’m going to load up on my extra-extra-extra buttered popcorn. Just makes me feel better. Located conveniently by the stairs too. Nothing healthy close by other than the Booster Juice by the food court. No seating here, as it’s just a take-away place. Typical pricing, & is clean.

grabbed me a juice before a movie. They were opened at 10pm, probably closing soon though. $ 4.50 for a fresh fruit bubble tea… tasted great.

I don’t come here for smoothies or bubble tea, only juice, and the thing i like about this place is the GINGER. I like lots of ginger, and i don’t believe Jugo juice or Booster Juice have it at all, so either I juice at home(slow and messy) or I come here(quick easy and expensive). I am especially p[leased that they are willing to accomodate my request for unusual quantities of ginger(for an added cost) but, that’s the way I like it.

The man taking orders seemed to have difficulty understanding what was asked and reconfirmed things 2 – 3 x. Tried bubble tea for the first time. I don‘t like the bubble tea pearls. Personal taste. The tea was too sweet, I didn‘t finish more than 20% of it. Friend got a macha tea that tasted gritty, like it had too much powder added for how much liquid was in the container.

This is a story of love-hate relationship. I love bubble tea, but if it was the last bubble tea place on earth, I wouldn’t get one from there. Craving for a bubble tea, we went to Big Orange for the first time and asked for our usual taro milk tea — honeydew milk tea, both with half pearls, half coconut jelly. Extra paid. First time we went, oops, did you forget the coconut jelly? Flag the girl, give back the bubble tea to have the lid opened and add the coconut jelly… It’s Ok, just don’t get too good at forgetting, I hate to go out of my way to pay for extra and have to mention they forgot about it. The bubble teas tasted off, both of them, taro tasted way too sweet and my honeydew tasted… I don’t know, just weird? Second time we went, same thing. No coconut jelly to be found. Flag the girl, open the lid, add the coconut, give it back to us. This time our bubble teas were warm for some reasons, and tasted off again, like I-don’t-think-I-feel-like-drinking-bubble-tea off, after two sips. You know, bubble tea is like a desert. You crave it, you want it, you need it. It puts a perfect end to a perfect meal, a perfect shopping spree with your loved one, You need it to be a certain way. If it’s botched and made carelessly, it will clearly kill the mood. Now our running joke is: «Want a bubble tea?» — «Oh yeah!!! But not from that Metrotown place.» We say that even when we are hundreds of miles from Burnaby.
