Shaved ice is an awesome deal at this Crystal Mall food court stall! Paradise Juice and Burger offers you the choice of EIGHT (8) toppings on a rather large bowl of shaved ice. And the $ 4.50 «small» is actually a pretty big, heaping bowl.
You may be worried that eating up all the fruit on top will leave you with just boring ice at the bottom, but (depending on the toppings you choose) all the juices make their way down, so happily you get sweetened ice left over.
Plentiful seating because it’s in a food court. No ambiance, but portion and fresh fruit can’t be beat — especially compared to shaved ice at almost twice the price for more ice and less fruit (as well as less fruit variety).
TIP: CASH ONLY. Almost the entire Crystal Mall food court is that way.

After drinks, wanted a snack. Walked by Paradise Juice & Burger. Ordered this gangster shaved ice monster snack for $ 5. Super value and hits the spot just right.

This place is one of the many drink stalls in Crystal Mall. I was intrigued by their fresh Cane Sugar Juice so I decided to try it. At $ 4.50 for a small cup, it is indeed very pricey. The cane sugar was freshly grinded. It was very potent, and wasn’t diluted at all. Is it worth the ridiculous markup price? Most likely no. But based on taste alone, I like it alot. They also have a ton of fresh juices for $ 3.50 (large size) so definitely check those out!

I hardly see any place that advertise fresh squeezed sugar cane juice. As I was leaving the food fair, I saw this sign and decided to give it a try.
They have a special machine that extract the juice from the stalk, looks kind of like an old clothes dryer with rollers squeezing it through.
It tasted so fresh and worth the $ 4.50

Recommended by a friend, I wasn’t sure how this place would be different from the competition (there are several bubble tea places in this food court). They tend to use more fruit juices here as opposed to powder.
Parking is available downstairs in that messy circular parking lot.
The smoothie I had (orange) had real fruit bits, and a really smooth consistency. Think of Orange Julius, but less artificial. I was sold right there.
Besides Taiwanese drinks, they also sell. burgers and fries? I have to try this one day.

Best place in Crystal Mall for fresh fruit smoothies! Have been coming here for years. Reasonably priced around $ 3.50 for a real fruit drink. Highly recommend. You can make your own fruit combinations as well.

Oh god, I love smoothies. Smoothies, are my life force, and this place has the best smoothies I’ve found in Vancouver. Real fruit deliciousness for around $ 3.50 which is super reasonable. This place is cash only like almost everything else in Crystal but it’s worth it. You can get some great juice as well. I usually get a banana strawberry smoothie, and I can’t describe how delicious this smoothie is.
This place also has coffee, tea, and burgers. From my memory the burgers are fairly good and I think they may serve buffalo burger. Yes, the delicious big fuzzy.

I’ve visited the Crystal Mall location several times before. I usually go on Saturdays and this was no exception (it happened to be September 11, 2010).
They have a nice selection of smoothies; my personal favourites are the strawberry-​orange and strawberry-​banana.
The prices for smoothies start at $ 3.50 CAD.
They also have vegetable juices (carrot, carrot apple, etc.) as well as coffee, tea, hot chocolate, and even ovaltine (more ovaltine, please. sorry, I cannot get that commercial out of my head),
For your eating pleasure, they have several kinds of burgers including bacon, cheese, and Hawaiian style.
I have always encountered friendly service here.
