Came here to try the prosciutto sandwich after hearing my buddy Nelson C. rave about it repeatedly. Parking is available around the side of the building. The prosciutto sandwich actually is pretty decent. Of course, it’s all about the toaster. However, the filling includes red peppers and artichokes. Delicious. For drinks, I tried the Brio Italian chinotto. This is quite interesting, as it tastes like a sweeter but also flatter version of root beer. Not sure if I’m describing this right. Anyways, if you’re in the area and have a sandwich craving, come by and try out this place.

If you are like me and drool at the thought of italian goodies then you must visit Ana’s Trattoria. Thank goodness this place is not too close to my home(and thank goodness it is conveniently located on the way home) because I can get my fix without being tempted way too often. The place is so small you might almost miss it, located close to Apple Market in Burnaby Heights. So far I’ve only been acquainted with their pastries(go early!!!), but I see a delicious selection of pasta and pizza. The prices are really reasonable, too! I hope this place is here to stay for a long time, and I am glad to support a local Burnaby business that has something good to offer! PS. BESTCANNOLISEVER!!!

This place has wonderful Italian food, including pizza, risotto balls, pasta, and calzones. They have free guest internet if you’re looking for somewhere other than the crowded Starbucks across the street to hang out and have coffee. It’s nicely decorated and really a good place to check out if you’re walking on the Heights.
