Best customer service, friendly staff I have been there couple of time during rush hours and always got fully cocked all the time.

Pizza Nova is one of the more expensive pizza franchises. A medium one topping pizza will yield 8 slices and cost you $ 10+ after taxes. With stiff competition from other franchises and even independent parlours, you can get the same quality of pizza for a lower price. They’ve got to look at streamlining their pizza to help lower cost. The pizza itself is decent. The crust is not overwhelming, it’s thin and crispy, the toppings are generous and the pepperoni is antibiotic free(as advertised on the flyer with each pizza box). You won’t be disappointed with the quality, just how much it will cost you. Nothing against this place, just not my first pick when I’m craving pizza. Store is clean, workers are efficient and there are several tables for those who want to eat in.

Sigh, this Pizza Nova seems to have lost a step. The pizza the last couple of times has been just OK, not unlike any 5 other chain pizza places. And their pizzas are smaller sizes(i.e. their Large is much more like a medium) their prices are too high for what you get. Online ordering works fine and don’t get me wrong, it’s not bad pizza, it just seems to be nowhere near as good as it was 3 or 4 years ago.
