I’ve gone here several times over the years and they never disappoint. Friendly service, lots of tables, a huge pool room, decent food, it’s pretty good. I usually get one of the burgers which is a good size and the side salad is pretty big. The wings are okay, and the fish and chips also not bad. Fries are those chip-truck kind(not my favourite but maybe yours). Nothing is outstanding at this bar/restaurant, but nothing is bad either. It’s a good go-to hang out place. Lots of TVs everywhere you look, so you’re sure to catch a sport that’s of interest.

I’d caution people that the two star reviews are from 2013. Lots can change in a few years and based on comparing my experience to those reported back in 2013, a lot has changed. Service here is really friendly and attentive. A new chef is in residence and the food is fantastic. Friday night is a $ 9.99 fish and chips special that comes with their own house tartar sauce. And it’s incredible. You can get some onion gravy on the side for your fries and it tastes like it comes out of your French Canadian grandmother’s book of recipes she never actually wrote down. Again, fantastic. Portions are great and prices are even better. A ½ lbs home made burger and fries can be had for $ 13. You’re paying upwards of $ 17 in Toronto these days for a tiny burger and about 14 french fries. Tuesdays they have a free trivia night and burgers are $ 8. The beer selection is pretty much what you’d expect for a neighborhood pub although they have Guinness on tap. And charge a very reasonable $ 7 a pint. Oh, there’s also a whole room devoted to pool tables. Plus lots of flat screens playing various games. Something about the exterior says«barfly» or «biker» or «barflies on bikes». But the patrons are mostly 50something plant workers just trying to enjoy a game. Yes, this is probably not a place you’re going to travel from Toronto to enjoy. Please, stay there and enjoy your $ 17 sliders and $ 9 draughts. But if you live in the area and you’re looking for a low impact place to grab a beer, watch a game, and enjoy some great food at a fair price, you’d be hard pressed to find better.

Warehouse with beer and adequate live music. Drink service was actually very good, very light crowd on a saturday night. Nothing about this place compelled me to ever consider returning.

Happened to stop into Jersey’s Bar and Grill on the way to Buffalo for some shopping. You wouldn’t find this place if you were not a local, I only happened upon this place because of a coupon. They are located in a defunked plaza. Unless you are a local drinker, which the place seemed to be quite filled with people drinking at the bar and it wasn’t even noon yet you would never find this place, it is very hidden away. The service was very poor because there was only one person working who was more focused on the bar then taking our order but we decided to stay and way it out because we only wanted a couple wraps for a light lunch. The special happened to be chicken cesar wrap, and we both decided to get it, but to our surprise you can not use the coupon on the special. Nowhere on the coupon does it say any restrictions about using the coupon. It seems people are either happy you came into their establishment and the coupon worked or begrudge you of it, other way I would never come back to this place. Service was poor, unless you wanted a beer and the food was your basic bar food. Nothing special, not anything to see here. You are not missing out.
