I have to let you know about my second actually this would be my third experience with Canadian Tire. First off I have to apologies because in my first review I had the name of the mechanic who worked on my car wrong. So, the name of the guy was Thomas. Sorry Thomas. Now as we all know, things can happen that are out of our control. My previous review was to get a repair done on the exhaust. Since that time, the area seemed to have an extra rattle. I called up and booked an appointment to get it rechecked. Kim booked me in, although she was not working on this day, I was well taken care of. The manager, Jeff Cunningham made sure the car was looked at, they did a minor adjustment to the previous work and all was good. I have to say, they really do have great customer service here. They even have a small waiting room for the customers, complete with water cooler, coffee(free), tv, and a computer with internet for you to kill some time on. Jeff seems to run a smooth ship here, and the staff seem to be all happy, so I guess someone is doing something right! Now I have to give a mention to the lady who made me laugh, I believe her name was Helen. If she reads this, she will know because she told me she was getting her motor bike out of storage for the road this weekend. It was a welcomed uplift as I had some rather bad news that day, a close friends father had passed on. So to Jeff, Thomas, Kim and Helen, thank you for making my day run a little smoother! Cheers!
