Seriously bad service. I was in area for business, I’m not Canadian so don’t know if this is the norm but legit it took 15 minutes for someone to acknowledge me. Then piss poor attitude like I’m inconveniencing them. Btw pouring hot coffee over ice does not make a ice coffee.

Unfortunately this is the only location on my way to work, I order my coffee & bagel the same every morning. and every morning its different, the drive through attendants are rude when you make them correct it. bagels are so stale sometimes its too hard to chew and they put cream cheese on thinner than butter. its not worth ordering. i order my coffee 2 cream 3 sugar. and have had every variation possible including black, Tea and Hot Chocolate Avoid this place.. I’ve resorted now to driving over to the shoppers world location.

I make it a point not to review places like Tim Hortons(as a matter of fact I make it a point not to make too many trips in to Tim Hortons) and anyone who’s been to one has more or less been to every Timmies out there. But since I work close to this one it’s a place I frequent and thus felt a little compelled to give it a review. I’m not sure about other Timmies in the GTA outside of the downtown core, but I find«baked» options here limited compared to Toronto and while service is hit or miss, since I’m a «regular» it’s more of a hit than a miss for me as I’m a familiar face. They have some staff who are great at customer service and their managers when they man the front orders do a great job as well. It’s open 24 hours and managers good hours on holidays too and while it can get very busy especially in the drive through they always manage to keep wait times short. I don’t think I could ever give it more than 4 stars since so many things about Tim Hortons I would not recommend other than their bagels, soups and sandwiches perhaps, but in my opinion with mega ample seating(thanks to the paired up Wendy’s) this location is A-OK indeed.
