Great grilled chicken and $ 11.99 for a whole bbq Portuguese chicken is great!

I found this restaurant by accident. it’s not really what I was looking for. I was looking for Nando’s.. I feel like having a chicken,… Portuguese style so after picking up something from Loomis. I searched for Nandos thru TripAdvisor, drove and followed the direction from TripAdvisor’s website. I was surprised that it was not Nando’s anymore.. . The man said the new owner change the name but chicken and some other food are made the same… so I thought to give it a go. Its nice to see how your orders are being made. how they grill it and how they baste it with their special sauce.
The place is ok. but not a kind of place to go to when you want to impress someone. it’s just a casual dining…
Food verdict:.
. oh my gosh… Chicken is sooooo good… biryani rice is quite dry. I know biryani fried rice has to be dry. but not that kind of dry. and its quite salty too. so its better to eat the chicken by itself or with some chips or with steamed jasmine rice. (better to buy a bag of jasmine rice and cook it yourself at home. way better and way cheaper.
Service:
…be prepared to wait for at least 12 – 15 minutes. I’m talking about take away. (when it’s not even busy).
