Established in 1993.

Total Living Concepts has developed a reputation, from Muskoka area to Toronto, for delivering total renovation services for mid to high-​end consumer.

Throughout the years, Total Living Concepts has been featured in Canadian Living Magazine on four different occasions and has won numerous awards for home renovation projects. They have also been featured in Canada’s Home & Cottage magazine and owner Glen Prairie is a regular on Barrie’s Rogers Television, sharing his passion and knowledge with viewers across Simcoe County.

Glen Prairie is an award winning kitchen designer with features published in national magazines including the Canadian Living Magazine. «Comprehensive planning» is the key — taking spatial needs, functionality and long term needs into consideration. «I sit down with my customers and discuss their family and lifestyle needs, the image they want to create and, of course, their budget and then I define the options available to them. I understand their project from the inside out: electrical, plumbing, partition or bearing walls, technical and aesthetic aspects, appliances, fixtures and surfacing materials. Taking the time to understand the customer’s needs is a key element in designing the most suitable project for their home.»
