I called to ask for a quote on some residential services. There were two people involved in the phone call, both of whom were unprofessional (I had to ask several times if I had in fact reached Georgian Electric), and rude. When I explained the reason for our call, the party on the other end interrupted, expressed that he didn’t want to help, and hung up on me. I consider myself lucky that this contractor did not actually ~want~ to come to my home.
