History

Established in 2006.

From starting in 2006 by founder John Haines as Vita Novus at one little centre in Toronto to blossom over the years to help more individuals with the disease of addiction and the ravages of such a disease and its effects on families alike. Addiction Canada has grown to be the largest ALL private treatment centre in Canada helping more individuals in their plight to conquer addictions… Every Life is worth saving!

Meet the Business Owner

Business Owner

John Haines is the Executive Director, CEO and Founder of Addiction Canada and Vita Novus Inc. He is responsible for the overseeing of Programs and Partnerships within all their organizations as well as continuing communications with all directors daily in the operations at all facilities in Canada. John has integrated an alumni network and a Families in Recovery Network that is thriving with interaction between all Vita Novus and Addiction Canada Alumni and Families that have been through their programs. John heads the Family program and teaches families about addiction and runs weekly family programs. In addition, John started and maintains online broadcasting weekly across North America of his Family and Alumni Aftercare live video broadcasts.
