very unorganized. they didn’t even know i had already been there. they don’t accept drive in, the service advisers are not fully knowledgeable about the vehicles. hogan chev is much better.

We got a great deal on a used car here. The sales staff were desperate to make a deal (it was pouring rain and not too busy, and there was a sale on). They were about as persistant as you can expect used car salespeople to be without being rude, and when we said we were leaving, they let us take the car for the afternoon. They gave me a great deal on the trade-​in too, and in the end we walked out with a much better car than we expected to buy, for a just little more than we were intending to pay. All in all, the experience was good, there were complimentary sandwiches and coffee, and we also got a gift card to a local restaurant which turned out to be fantastic.
Next car, we will probably go there first. Incidentally, the other local used dealers didn’t have nearly as good of an inventory, and they didn’t seem to want to make a deal as bad as these guys. I would send my mom there to buy a car and not worry about it.
