Although I didn’t purchase my Kia from this location, I do come here for my scheduled service appointments. The whole gang at Bessada Kia are really personable and friendly. Their small waiting area has comfortable leather seating, an electric fireplace and a television… there’s even a separate area for small children to play.
They also offer coffee, tea (and I believe, hot chocolate) along with snacks which I’ve seen range from donuts and cookies to croissants and chocolates.
Sometimes I’ve had to wait close to an hour (if not over) for my oil change but that might have something to do with the times that I book them at. :)
