These fellows are very pleasant, honest, courteous & well-​meaning. Unfortunately, the execution of the work leaves something to be desired. Jimmy had to come to my home numerous times to try to get the job done right. The process of unhooking & re-​hooking my kitchen plumbing to install the countertop caused a leak that he couldn’t seem to stop, but he finally declared it fixed. Then, on having a new dishwasher installed a few months later, the installer pointed out that the countertop was not level, & that there was still a leak in the faucet water line. I can live with a non-​level countertop, but now I have to hire a plumber…

I am not very happy with the way they took my money then did not return to finish the countertop installation. There are gaping holes around two posts on the counter, I purchased quarter round as they requested (really, I think that should have been part of the installation) and they keep saying they will come back, promise me dates and I wait all day and no one shows up. I leave messages and they do not return my calls. BEWARE of Countertop King.
