Possibly the worst yoga studio I have ever been to. I doubt that either of the instructors, Gina or Ray, are certified. The final straw for me was paying $ 17 + HST to hear the «instructor» say, «Keep doing the back bend until you feel that pain in your lower spine.» Pain? I didn’t think that practicing yoga had anything to do with pain. Very expensive classes for no real instruction. Will never return (unless the studio goes under new ownership).
