Went here as a party of 6 and maybe the first clue that this wasn’t that great of a place was how complicated the menu explanation was(still not sure I understand the concept of what I could order during any of the 5 courses). If you are an US expat, I would describe this as a hibachi restaurant and there are two massive tables around which you sit, family style and more people can join you at the u-shaped table so u end up sitting next to random people including someone who was clearly on a date and didn’t expect to be sitting next to my boisterous party. Food-wise, it was an absolute total disappointment — sushi was meh, the noodles were over salted and the soy quality was among the worst i have ever had! The service was also super poor, with one of the owner’s descending wrathfully and shouting at my mother when she shared a bite of the food she ordered with me, and this was all done in French, when it was clearly apparent that all of us were expats with limited knowledge of the French language! AVOID!
