Had a beef stew here. It was absolutely amazing. I really had to stop myself from licking the plate after I was done with the beef! Luckily this is Belgium so they provide excellent fries to take care of the rest of the sauce. Restaurant has plenty of outdoor seating; probably about 50⁄50 indoor/​outdoor. Would be perfect on a warm evening. They have menus in multiple languages which felt slightly touristy, but then again we were tourists. And that meant I knew what I was ordering.
This would be a great place to grab a beer late lunch and watch the world go by on a nice afternoon. I’d come here again.

Had a waffle and a Flemish Coffee.
Kind of offended by the waiter asking me if I knew that the Flemish Coffee had alcohol in it– yes, I’m well aware, considering there’s no other reason a coffee should be seven euros. Needless to say, the Flemish Coffee was very strong, haha. I enjoyed the whipped cream on top of it– had a nice almond taste, if I can recall correctly.
The waffle was good, but not the best I’ve ever had. Fluffy, good consistency. I think adding the cream on top is what made it extra scrumptious. It definitely was one of the better waffles I had while abroad.
Service wasn’t terribly slow like everywhere else, props.

Bonne brasserie avec un service pro:
A quoi reconnaitre un service super pro: notre enfant a été servi en premier et rapidement sans que l’on le demande. Nous n’avons pas attendu beaucoup plus.
C’est une brasserie avec une carte traduite dans plusieurs langues, une carte de boissons et plats classiques … avec des prix classiques.
Le restaurant se trouve au pied de la cathédrale et j’ai normalement tendance à m’éloigner des attractions touristiques pour chercher un restaurant mais là pas besoin.
Bön rapport qualité prix.
