Open seven days a week, we welcome you as from eight am for breakfast followed by a non-stop kitchen service from noon to 11 pm. On the menu you will find a selection of famous Belgian dishes elaborated with the only the best local source produce. Try for example our homemade grey shrimp croquettes, the «américan frites», a generous Caesar salad or a (more dishes to follow here), a rack of lamb with rosemary and braised chicory, the very Belgian Eal ‘au vert’ followed by emblematic desserts such as the «Dame Blanche» or the tiramisu made with Belgian speculoos.
From Monday to Friday, a daily lunch is available at 14 € (18 € for two courses).
Our wine card offers a couple of pleasant surprises, including some very nice bottles from Australia at mouth-watering prices.
On Wednesdays, Pop Up Sablon shows off its modern dining personality, where you can relax after dinner and be absorbed by the lounge atmosphere of the downstairs bar and kick off the night with one of our extensive list of cocktails and the best house music with a live DJ-session.””

Established in 2015.
«The Place du Grand Sablon, is a historical landmark and a true haven for antique and chocolate lovers alike. This is where, mid July 2015, we settled down and opened up our restaurant & bar which has rapidly became the «IT» place-to-be! The vintage interior, combines unique eye-catching artwork based on an eclectic collection of objects, from sheepskin to pig lamps, blends effortlessly with the original white painted wooden beams, and cornucopia baffling your senses between Scandinavia and Ibiza! From the (heated) terrace or our first floor restaurant, you can enjoy breathtaking views of one of the most beautiful squares in the heart of the capital of Europe.
