Tasty food and all you can eat for 24.5 euros! The place was totally full so sometimes had to wait a while for the food but it was ok. Staff was friendly but not always professional(eg said would bring sauce, menu, spoon, etc but always forgot)

This was my first time visiting Yadan, although I am very familiar with the all-you-can eat concept in sushi restaurants. Customers pay 25 € to order 5 rounds of whatever for they want from the menu and a fee has to be paid for any food item leftover.(In other words, be careful not to get carried away when ordering.) The interior is small & cozy with a seating area available outside. This makes it more ideal for a date or small groups. Yadan has a selection of cocktails available, and while I did not order any myself, my table companions were very pleased with their Asian Mojito. The food itself was better than I had expected. I’m a big fan of sushi but from my experience, all-you-can eat restaurants tend to skimp on fish quality, and put more emphasis on fillers and rice. That is not the case at Yadan. I chose a variety of the nigiri and maki and the fish was very delicious and tender. My table companions also ordered tempora and dim sum, which they also found to be very tasty. Yadan does not offer dessert in their all-you-can-eat formula, so you will have to pay extra for this. Since we were all quite full already none of our table chose to order any, so I cannot comment on these. While the food was delicious I do have some remarks on the service. I ordered miso soup during the first round and this never showed up. I asked the waitress about this when our second round of food arrived and she said it was because they were out of miso soup. It would have been nice to be informed about this first. In our second round our table ordered kim chi and edamame and these also never appeared, with no further comment from the staff. We figured this was once again because these items weren’t available, but when leaving we saw that other tables did have edamame, so clearly this was just a case of forgetfulness.

+ Very friendly waitress + Try the homemade water with lime, simple but refreshing + You get prawn crackers with your drinks as a small starter + Good food ! I ate chicken saté with rice and vegetables. It was a very big portion and it was very tasty! + Prices are ok TIP Ideal place to go after a day of shopping: it’s not too far from the Antwerp shopping area
