Hair Palace by Zhana

My Partner goes not speak good English so i accompanied to this salon after the 5 star review but were disappointed. We were told the owner was on holidays and was asked what we would have. I told the young lady her hair was nice and to create that for my partner. We decided on a half head of foils to create some curls and also we wanted to get a light trim. I was told that they were too busy to give my partner a light trim. So my partner and I were happy to get some curls. I was called to pickup my partner and when i came there there were no curls and I was considerably out of pocket for something that looked the same as when my partner first entered the salon.
not happy at being $ 200 out of pocket.
I think the young hairdresser did not listen so not recommended by me as a waste of both time and money.

Excellent service, going there every month for over 3 years and cannot fault Michelle. Good prices and never had a cancellation or problem.
