Gentle Nails

Ridiculous service, they talk amongst themselves and ignore you. When they are done with your nails they just walk off without saying anything.
I got a french manicure, the top coat was applied clumsily, when it dried, there were lots of visible small bubbles. The next day when i woke up i checked my nails n they all had crack lines on them. I went back to the shop n the lady said the polish can only last ONE DAY and that if i wanted something that lasts more than one day i should get shellac.
For the past 8 years that I’ve been getting my nails done, never have i ever had nail polish applied that only lasted ONE DAY.
So we phoned the state manager Khoi Vo. He said we could go to the shop AGAIN and get it redone. When we got to the shop again, the woman said that’s how it is, it only lasts one day. Phoned khoi, khoi phoned the shop, the answer we got is «It only lasts one day»
So, unless u want to have pretty nails for only ONE DAY. DO NOT GO TO THIS SHOP. Maybe get shellac. Lol

Quite enjoyed it:) working with my hands a lot they tend to get a little neglected. a good manicure and what ever cream it was they used left them feeling great.

I am always reluctant to spend money on manis and pedis, but my feet toes were looking particularly terrible, so I popped in for a lick of paint to make them open-​toe shoe ready.
It was $ 30 for the shellac nail polish only, no actually pedicure buffering etc. I was happy with the result. I was in and out in 15 minutes. It’s not the sort of place you’d go for a relaxing half hour treat as it’s quite loud in the shopping centre and there was a child running around shouting the whole time I was there. It’s cash only which is always not ideal.

I went to this place on a Saturday and was very impressed. I just had a pedicure and they did a great job! I didn’t have to wait, I got there about midday and was out in half an hour. I’ll be back. The only thing I would say is that I would like a larger range of colours.

The ladies were all really busy and I felt like my nails where rushed and it made me anxious. They were all really lovely though and my nails look nice in the end. Refill with gel colour for $ 45 which is fairly average pricing. I’d go back again, but not on the weekend.
