Wow. I think I’m in love. Food was amazing. We had the banquet menu and each dish managed to top the last. Good service and a cool location. Also liked how the décor was not overdone. Thanks for a great night. Will definitely be back!

More like a 3.5 star? Definitely make your bookings in advance, we came in on a Saturday night and it was packed! Had to wait 20 minutes at the bar which was fine. Their wine list was good. Food was good too — definitely on the more pricey side? Mains were all 32 – 36. This would’ve been a stellar 4 stars but for a packed venue, they were really sparse on staff. 2 guys and 1 girl, and one of the guys was the bartender so service was really behind! I usually wouldn’t think anything of it since it’s Sydney, but adding an extra person wouldn’t have killed them. Worth a trip if you’re craving Lebanese food!

Embers is such a fabulous place always delicious food — adding different twists on the usual Lebanese style cuisine. It’s easy to walk past & not notice this gem hidden in a beautiful heritage style building on Oxford Street, but it’s well worth the visit!

Went to this place for a Hens’ Night dinner– group booking of 12. Firstly– cocktail YUM! The food isn’t cheap, but is by no means over priced. We got the least expensive banquet menu at $ 55/head. We were given: –Olives –Labne Balls with thyme –Hommus(could have used some more garlic) –Mushrooms with goats curd(amazing!) –Cauliflower and pomegranate salad(who knew cauliflower could taste nice, let along as delectable as this!) –Lamb Dumplings in labne(different but good!) –Baked sausages and eggs(meh) –Carob glazed beef cheek(weird sounding, but HOLYCR&P– has to be one of the best things I’ve ever tasted.) The dishes came very quickly together– they could have been 5 minutes of so further apart, but then the LAST dish, came about 25 minutes after the rest– which was irritating given that we had a table booked elsewhere for after. Staff were great. We had HEAPS of food intolerances at our table(lactose, gluten, onion, fructose), and they were careful to check what was an intolerance and what was an allergy and providing alternative dishes to those with problems. Will go back again, and most likely for one of the banquet options…
