Sebel resort is probably one of the best hotels around the Hawkesbury region but I still feel that it is not up to standard, at least not a four stars rating.
The room/​bathroom were room, which is fine. But for a four stars hotel, to find a cheap plastic toilet /​broker fan switch AND nasty dirty finishes in various corners of the room is very disappointing.
But once again, this is probably the best choice around the area… just dont get your expectation too high :)

Was here for a wedding reception, so difficult to comment on what ‘normal’ restaurant food is like.
However, the canapés, and the three course meal was of a much higher standard than I’ve experienced at other weddings. The staff were warm and attentive, and contributed to a great atmosphere. Made me want to come and visit again.
