This Post Office located inside Centro Lutwyche is just A-​OK. I’ve had a mix of experiences here. Some bad, most good. But it’s always the bad experiences that hang on to customers isn’t it? Like that time I encountered a staff member being quite rude and ill-​mannered. I think they were having a bad day.
This Post Office is quite small compared to most. There aren’t many products in their giftware range, which doesn’t bother me, but if you are looking to buy some from here– I wouldn’t bother. Their range in Post Office supplies is limited, so keep this in mind if you visit.
Customer service here is okay. I have found it to be too slow sometimes, but I think I a lot of it has to do with the older customers who come here… They seem to want to chat and catch up while paying their bills or sending letters to dear old friends in faraway towns!
All in all, it’s fairly OK.
