48 Degrees Raw Cafe

So after a 3^rd attempt i finally got myself to 48 degrees early Monday morning. Located inside Genesis Gym in windsor, the café is a bit hard to find. There is a sign so i think i’m partly to blame for my troubles but in my defence its a little sign! Tip– Just head into the gym and past reception.
Raw Food is all the rage at the moment. I must admit i’m a smoothie lover so i ordered the ‘Superfood Smoothie’ packed with Banana, Cacao Nibs, Cacao Powder, Bee Pollen (i think), Hemp seeds, Almond Milk and probably some dates. The large size was 8 dollars.
Whilst waiting for my smoothie i couldn’t help but notice how messy the place was! There was stuff everywhere! The fridge didn’t look to crash hot and there just didn’t seem to be much order in the place. half of me was thinking «must be hard to keep the place clean» but then the other half was thinking «its a Monday morning how messy could things get?». Personally if it was my business i would stop whatever i was doing and make sure the place is tidy and presentable especially if its in view of paying customers.
My smoothie was then given to me in a large size take away coffee cup with a straw. I assume they had run out of takeaway cups. There just didn’t seem to be much wow factor during my visit. But in their defence it could have just been a bad morning.
All in all my drink was pretty yummy and ill be back to try some lunch and give this little business another go.
