Kinetic Health (only dealt with the one in Osborne Park) has been nothing but great in my dealings with them. I’ve seen them for pre-​work physicals, drug tests, and occupational injury treatment, and on all counts they’ve been courteous, timely, and professional.
A couple of tips:
1) Try and book as early as possible during the day — the parking lot fills fast and they start getting behind. If you’re booked before 9AM or so, you should be good to go!
2) Be ready for a few minutes of waiting if you’re doing multiple tasks — I never experienced any waiting over 10 minutes, but it helps to have a phone/​book to zone out with.
3) They know when they’re running behind, and the office is staffed with nice folks, so take it easy if there ever is much of a delay — everybody else is trying to get back to work as well!
All in all, the best of the occupational health clinics I’ve dealt with, and will hopefully continue to use them in the future. The Australia-​wide network makes things easy as well if you’re sourcing labor from all over the place as well, and you can do it all under one account.
