Comfy little place in a ‘strip mall’ next to Foodland. Has a ‘family owned’ feel to it and clearly a place where the locals come bc they know its great pizza! Simple menu with a diverse selection of pizzas and pasta. Good service. I took my order to go and walked to the beach for pizza n a sunset!

So you’re in need of some quality pizza from a local and experienced pizza bar to fill that gaping hole in your stomach, left from being that touch too lazy to cook dinner. Look no further, venture to The West Beach Pizza Bar! This is my local pizza bar, and to be frank, I’ve never come across one that’s any better within a 5 kilometer radius. Each pizza is packed full of not only any ingredient and topping you desire but full of love and dedication. The sauce layer of each pizza is perfect, not too thick, not too thin and full of flavour! The staff are from a generation where customer service is no. 1, and boy do they know how to care for their customers! The shop itself is neat and tidy and can get quite busy on a weekend. None the less, it’s well worth the wait, to indulge in a pizza from The West Beach Pizza Bar from time to time. A little suggestion, it’s even better the day after cold! If you’re within the area, and need that fix of pizza(like most do on the odd occasion), fix that craving at The West Beach Pizza Bar.

Like fish and chips shops, it’s pretty easy to find a pizza place near the beach. This is one of the many down the road from West Beach. They have some decent pizzas here with a few specialties. My problem is their desire throw anchovies on some of their most appealing pizzas. Naturally you can ask to leave them off which I dd all the time at pizza places. My partner opted for her usual ham and pineapple while I had a siciliana sans anchovies. The toppings were pretty decent, the sauce was nice, base not too thick and there was a decent amount of cheese on top. It’s a fair way out from where I live, but if I find myself down this way in future I’ll definitely be stopping by for a slice again.
