History
Established in 2011.
Sapori Di Sardegna, a small Waverley café and deli, is a homage to the owner’s love for the Mediterranean’s second-largest island.
The name translates as «the flavours of Sardinia», and is proudly stuffed with Sardinian products and produce.
Some of these, Karalis coffee and Pane Carasau flatbread, are imported by a wholesaling company the owner worked for before opening the café-deli.
Other products are locally made in the Sardinian style, such as the Tonara nougat and the Salumi Australia dried and cured sausages. The sausages, are the cornerstone of the deli side of the business.
