Just like the person whose review has been hidden away for some reason my experience with this business was not good. The flowers looked fairly cheap but were assembled very well and looked good in photos. Customer service wise it was terrible. I ordered literally 8 months before my wedding, spending the same as I was quouted for real flowers. I received my order 3DAYSBEFORE my wedding! Despite many phone calls I could not speak to millie personally, only getting message bank. She replied to every email promptly at first but once the order was over due she responded to every other email. She blatently lied to me and told me my order was posted when it wasnt posted for another few weeks. Not only was this incredibly stressful but I ended up wasting more money buying my own fake flowers to make my own bouquets once I figured my order was lost since it didnt arrive when suppose to, if only she had been honest with me it would have saved alot. I have recently been contacted through facebook by several other women anxiously waiting last minute on wedding flowers who were in the same situation as me, so I know my experience was not a one off. Very frustrating, stressful and unnecessarily negative experience.

Once upon a time artificial flowers were considered unattractive and unworthy of any admiration, but with the technology of producing them improving over the last couple of decades it is not unusual now to see quite beautiful flowers and then discover they are artificial. They used to be called plastic flowers, and they were pretty darn ugly, but now you will find an array of artificial flowers made from more than just plastic, although plastic still plays a part. Melanie Browning at Wedding Bunches and Blooms in Walkerville can show you some absolutely delightful flowers that will have you guessing. She specialises in wedding flowers as well as corporate dinner arrangements, you know the sort of thing, the lovely centre pieces on the table at corporate functions that someone always tries to stuff into their handbag at the end of the night and looks a little ridiculous, but you wish you’d done the same. There are good reasons to send or use artificial flowers in many cases. Hospitals like to keep the amount of strong scents down in order not to cause nausea among patients; some babies may be allergic, along with grown-ups, and nurses are not really employed to fetch and carry water for cut flowers — so there’s a few good reasons to bring in a lovely artificial bunch as a get well gesture. The website will show you many examples, and you’ll probably be surprised by the financial difference between real and artificial. The store is closed Public Holidays and Sundays, and if you’d like to see Melanie on a Saturday you simply need to make an appointment either by phone or email:
