Impact Recruitment Consulting began operation in August 2012 after a service gap was identified in the Gippsland recruitment services market.

Impact Recruitment Consulting offers the traditional end to end permanent and temporary staffing service. Additionally, we offer a unique suite of services that aims to address a service gap for a more flexible and tailored permanent recruitment solution.

Impact Recruitment takes the ‘Consulting’ mantra very seriously and as such we strive to work with businesses, regardless of size or budget, to put together a strategy that aligns with the company values and objectives and that will attract and retain their human resources.
