History
Established in 2006.
Founded by Stephan Venter, it started off as a Vibrogym® only studio specialising in VibroTraining. Over the years Stephan has gained experience in many fields including gaining a Diploma in Remedial Massage and Sport Strength & Conditioning. Stephan has gained further hands on experience with the South West Academy of Sport where he helped with athlete support services to the NSW Softball & Hockey championships. Stephan continues to blend VibroTraining and Personal Training together in short 30 minute workouts, he’s also recently created another unique system called Remedial VibroStretch which see’s clients doing a remedial massage focusing on Deep Tissue Sport Massage finished off with the most effective stretch routine using VibroGym® machines.
