History
Established in 2012.
Opening its doors on the 23rd of January 2012, Ipoh On York has carried on the age-old traditions and heritage of its owner, Jimmy Chong. Under the management of his capable son, Billy Chong, Ipoh On York aims to bring to Sydney the many tantilising tastes and atmosphere of rustic old-town found in Ipoh, Malaysia.
Where maintaining authenticity and the use of the freshest ingredients has always been a guiding principle with all dishes prepared, Ipoh On York aims to provide you with that taste and atmosphere we are proud to call home.
