Nice fitout and great menu/food(although yet another place that thinks we want our food served on bits of wood). Service is a bit chaotic, but hey it’s Sunday morning what’s the rush?

YES! 5STARS !!! I don’t give these out freely, this is absolutely the best coffee we have experienced in Manly!!! GREATAMBIANCE, NICESTAFF&FOOD2GOODTHEPASSUP ~ while it is a bit of a walk from where we’re staying it is DEFINITELY worth it!!! Excellent coffee options with cappuccinos, pour overs, cold brew and tea selections too! The Most Beautiful way to start your morning, minus a view~

Ultra hipster, yet there is a place for everyone. The service was swift and on point. I had the chai latte and the banana loaf. Chai was Ok, but the loaf was excellent: crusty on the out side and crumbly in the inside. Beware almost every food item is served on a chacoterie board. Pretty lovable hipster :)

This is an awesome café off the main beach in Manly. This place is not as popular as the other cafes, as it is not only the main wharf or beach — however, don’t let that stop you, this is probably one of the better cafes here. The coffee here is good, serving Barred One coffee, it is a nice cup. You can order the single origin if you want, which according to the Barista changes every so often. The coffee is probably not as good as Showbox coffee around the corner, but it still can stand on its own. The best part of the café is the food. A lot of fresh and healthier options. The most popular dish is the ‘Dog’ which is chirizo and eggs. However, if you are like me and love mushrooms, then you are going to love this place as they serve a mountain of mushrooms on toast — and they cook the mushrooms in pesto, which makes them awesome. The service here is good — nothing special, yet nothing to complain about. The seating arrangements is the large tables that are shared by all! So if you don’t like things like that, then don’t come here, but if you don’t mind the new hipster style of seating then come along and share your space.

Great menu and terrific coffees. The best breakfast spot on the northern beaches. Surprisingly affordable and never dissapointing. My Sunday go-to!

Hipster feel with a slight twist on your average brekki menu. Sautéed mushrooms is a winner! This place is always super busy at the weekends so be prepared.

First impressions… this place is unironically hipster cool-replete with handlebar moustaches behind the bar and spray paint art on the walls. Super laid back vibe, but with excellent service. The food is fresh and fast with accommodating and friendly staff. They are known for their coffees, but have excellent teas as well. I tried the smoked salmon toasty and it was devine. I would just ask for the sauce on the side next time… it was a bit heavy. Note also that they have gluten free bread and other options.

Have been several times since the opening and always disappointed with the service. Coffees are good but don’t overcome the service shortcomings. Examples — no one in the place and the staff chatting away to each other — feel like I’m interrupting their day to order — then 12 minutes to get 2 normal coffees. Today — sat down at table covered with large crumbs(no big deal) — waitress comes over and brushes them off onto the floor(no wonder there are so many flies!) We had to cover our drinks and food with serviettes to keep flies off. We ordered 3 coffees(lattes and a flat white) and 2 meals. Coffees came out one at a time over 5 minutes(we timed it). Croissant came after 8 minutes — after 14 minutes they told us one of the ingredients was missing for the final dish. Of course by now the coffees and croissant are gone! On the positive, the food and coffee is good and vibe is cool. Service overwhelms the positive though.

Undoubtedly best breakfast in manly. We ventured by chance and it was great food and awesome coffee. They offer different fee from the usual eggs Benedict and bacon routine and do a pretty good job of it. Got a good vibe and communal seating which makes for conversations !

Oh my! That was a great spot. The coffee was delicious. I only ordered toast because I loved the atmosphere. The waitress was too good looking, so that means everything was great! Right? Can’t go wrong. It’s off the ocean but well worth the time to get there. Going tomorrow to see the perfect waitress. It’s also has organic foods, no booze and trendy wait people. loved it and I’m 50! If you don’t like it then you hate puppies. Fonzi cool Word, J
