This place makes dud coffees. There I said it.
It’s also further up Pitt Street than I’d normally care to travel. It’s basically on par with Fibonacci (minus the convenience). It’s only saving grace, and the only reason I’ve been there more than once, is that arvo coffees are $ 2.
Yup 2 bucks. That’s about half-​price.
What’s more telling about that price-​tag is that no other café needs to drop their prices, to get the arvo business. Although it reeks of being doused in Desperation No. 5, it clearly works. People do go there.
There’s far better coffee shops closer to the Quay, and you’ll probably walk past this place and not even realise it. Enough said!
