As soon as you start to BOOK our cleaning service we begin to take care of you in terms of your bond back!
If you have made stains on the carpets, walls, hard floors, furnitures, let us know. We will work out ways to get rid of them as if you haven’t made those.
At the end of each cleaning appointment, we will difuse Japanese lemon grass essential oil in the house to fresh the air and smell. Your landlord will be impressed to see and to smell the next day on house inspection.
We do END of lease cleaning the Japanese way. Not only do we work to the minute details in cleaning the house, but also we promise to come back free of charge to the property again if you can’t get your bond back. We can keep coming back until the property manager is happy, until your landlord is happy, more importantly until you get your bond back!

Established in 2010.
The reason why we got into the line of business is we think we could do a better job in providing the house detailing service.
For example, we are able to remove some stains on your carpets (possibly have been there for years) other cleaners fail to remove. We can guarantee your bond back (meaning we have to come back to clean free of charge if you can’t get it back) perhaps other cleaners can’t promise this. We will use aromatreatmen in your whouse house (Japanese Lemon Grass), perhaps others don’t care that much. We take care of our customers really well.

Manager
Leo is specialised in treating the carpet stains. Once we had a job where there were around 10 small stains on the carpets in bed rooms and livig areas. The customer was extremely worried that he couldn’t get his bond back because of those stains. Leo calmed him down and spent an hour getting everything off the carpets. The customer was completely blown away. Of course, he got every cent back from his property manager!
