Central Catering Sydney was established in 2001 by Peter and Marian Kissner in Chippendale with a view to fill the gap in quality barbeque and traditional catering for the corporate and private sectors. Our food is always fresh and made to order, we do not use ready made goods.

Central Catering Sydney formerly known as Corporate Barbeque Catering was established in September 2001 by Peter and Marian Kissner in our kitchen located at shop 5÷87−97 Regent Street, Chippendale in Sydney with a view to fill the gap in quality barbeque and traditional styles of catering for the corporate and private sector. Our menus range from the ‘The Burger BBQ’ at $ 12.50 p/​p to our unique top of the range ‘Cocktail Barbie’ for a special occasion that is truly spectacular and different! And, if you don’t see what you want, give us a brief and we will do it for you! We can also arrange staff for your function, entertainment as well as equipment such as tables, chairs, marquees. whatever you need, in fact you do not have to do anything but tell us your requirements and we can and will arrange everything.
