Flexible prices, friendly and knowledgable staff and just a great place to spend money. Yes, I said it, a flexible price. It’s rare to find camera shops in the Sydney CBD that are willing to sell at a great price. The best part is they have everything on hand. It does get busy though so service can take several seconds but its good to be acknowledged at least unlike other stores.

Great staff who are willing to spend time finding you the right gear at the best price. Was really happy with the prices I got and all was in stock to buy on the spot. Highly recommend these guys :)

I have recently been looking for a new digital video camera and during my hunt I across Sydney I discovered the shop Digi Direct. I have not yet made my purchase, but the staff at Digi Direct have helped me narrow my decision making process.
There are so many options of brands and technical specifications on offer now that it can become overwhelming when trying to make a decision and when spending a lot of money it is important to make the best decision or at least one I will not regret. Digi Direct helped me understand some of the different options and what the cameras can do and how they are different and unique, so at least I know what I am looking at. Digi Direct are not a big shop, but they have a great selection of the latest camera from the biggest brands and they provide the kind of knowledgeable service I want when making this kind of purchase.
