Click and collect… More like click and forget! Placed an eBay order 2 weeks ago and got an sms to collect. Went in the store and was told there was a problem with eBay orders and the store would call when my order was ready. Never received a call. Had to chase up.
Horrible service in store, very disorganised. Heard the person next to me enquire about some products and everything was out of stock.
Prices are steep –selfie sticks for $ 40. Not good prices unless if you get stock on sale.

Short staffed, it was hard to get served today. Difficulty unlocking cabinets, waited again for product advice and then a wait in the queue with no staff on registers.
HOWEVER, once the sales assistant served me, he acknowledged the problem and wait and really gave good customer service.
Great products if you can make your way through the road blocks!
