Service is appalling. From entry to seating at table over ten minutes wait. Food was tasteless and lacking presentation. Our coffees were half cold. Staff look like they don’t care. Shuffle around tables like zombies from Walking Dead. I ordered Eggs Benedict. Won’t be ordering again poached eggs water laden, Turkish bread was like leather to cut. On menu said shaved ham it was plain sliced ham.
Coffee bad tasting at bottom.
We won’t be visiting again.
We chanced another visit here on 7÷2÷16 and what had already be written above as a review still stands. I ordered eggs Benedict again and poached eggs on toast for my breakfast partner. Her breakfast arrived first and I waited. And waited.
I ended up going inside to ask where my meal was. Amazingly, it was just leaving the kitchen as I was at the counter asking where it was.
Three bites in and I cut into the watery poached egg to find a large piece of egg shell. Twice the size of a 50cent piece I took the plate back in with the shell on display and asked for a refund on the eggs Benedict. Refund was given.
I would point out that the food when bought to the table is severely lacking in presentation, love, care and again taste. This visit again reminded us why we don’t breakfast at this place.
Thanks to the for the pathetic apology for the food it really shows you all don’t give a shit.
I wish the restaurant next door il Vivo did breakfast because they do lovely lunches and dinners. Such a shame.
Trust me it ain’t worth your money.
