Bean Bag is a cute little café in Westfield Liverpool, which always seems busy, so I figured they must be doing something right, and decided to give it a try.
I ordered a cappuccino and a vanilla slice, and it was sort of hit and miss. The cappuccino was good enough, no complaints there, but the vanilla slice was quite bland. It tasted pretty flat, and was a little on the sweet side for my liking. Which is no small feat, coming from someone who has 9 sugars in her coffee.
All in all, it’s a bit too crowded for my liking, a bit too expensive considering the quality, and I’d rather get my caffeine hit elsewhere.
