Classy coffee joint that also provides good service. Slightly on the expensive side relative to some of the other cafés in the area

Seriously good coffee. In a village that has way too many cafés per capita, the guys at Bean Tampered really stand out. A Euro style tall Coffee bar which grinds its own coffee in house, only has only a few tables and a few small pastry selections. Their focus is on the bean. Which is best. No stuffing around. Straight to your order and not too long to wait. Thankfully. The lack of standing room is my only gripe and, on a Saturday morning when you may be a little bit desperate for caffeine, this can severely irritate the crap out of me. I usually elect to wait outside, because prams and the odd lost Hipster are often in the way. This factor doesn’t alter the way I feel about their Coffee and its one of the rare places I’ll still come back to, even if the store design drives me crazy. Try a «European donut» but not if you’re on a diet. It’s some serious indulgence.

Only time I went here the guy was rude so I walked out. Don’t care how good their coffee is, the customer service needs huge improvement

Couldn’t start my day without them. They’re open 6am and great coffee without the café pretentiousness
