Love it here! Finally a hairdresser who listens and responds to your vague direction of «I just want my hair to look better», and gives excellent advice about how to style your hair once you’ve left the salon. I had a full restyle with Rhys(Reece?) and was so impressed that I have already booked myself in for the next appointment. Similar to it’s neighbor Subi. Hairdressing, Element is an Aveda concept salon, so you are treated to soothing Aveda Teas and awesome smelling hair products. Where Element differs to Subi is that they truly go the extra mile, offering relaxing neck, shoulder AND hand massages, and will actually tell you what the Aveda products are doing to your hair and why they are using them. Service was lovely too! Staff were all delightful and the complimentary coffees were perfect.

I put off getting a haircut like most people put off going to the dentist(horrible, yes, I know.) Catherine cut my hair and did an amazing job. She styled it exactly how I wanted it and gave me some wonderful recommendations for my hair. I also paid $ 85 for my haircut. I know my husband usually pays $ 110 at T&G which I think is insane, so I was pleasantly surprised by the price tag. I will definitely be going back.
