Delisio is a traditional roman style pizza business, in operation for almost 10 years in Perth. Delisio serves pizza al taglio or pizza by the slice at lunch time. Delisio pizza is an artisan product that prides its self on offering something different to the market. Our award winning dough is a secret recipe that requires trained pizza al taglio bakers to create.
At night time we make pizza’s to order and have a selection of freshly made pasta’s as well!

Business Owner
Raffaele was born and raised in Rome. Coming to Australia in 2000, he saw a gap in the market for artisan food in Perth. Having a passion and knowledge of traditional Roman style pizza or pizza al taglio, he opened Delisio in Subiaco. Raffaele admits that selling pizza by the slice was very difficult 10 years ago as it was so very different to conventional style pizza. But through dedication to his product, he has carved out his own corner of the market.
