Love this place. Great coffee, great staff and service, great fit out. Chuck out any not particularly salubrious assumptions you may have about a café that’s part of a chain and a supermarket /carpark location. This Cibo has been a part of the village of Stirling for not a very long time, but has already made a great space for itself as the community glue that every café should aspire to be. It’s a beautiful space, with great coffee and peeps who never get it wrong. Yay! Now, if Cibo could do some big Paleo/LCHF/wheat-free offerings, I might never leave…
