Super Clinic St Kilda

Some of the Doctors here are polite and efficient, however I’ve had one who looked more like a Gray St Pro more than a professional «pathologist practicing as GP» as she put it, who tried to send me to a hypnotherapist for a series of panick attacks.
The reception staff are down right nasty. They have no customer or phone manners whatsoever, and it is really off putting. They really need a customer service review, or some training. Or maybe if they woild hire some friendly staff who are actually greatfull to have a job, and don’t hate humanity. Although I could say the same for most retial staff in the general area.
I would recommend this place as a bulk bill option if you need a medical certificate, but nothing more serious, as the front desk certainty don’t help with illness anxiety.

This GP clinic reminds me of some weird disco strip joint with it’s purple walls and gold glittery doors. I seriously expect that when I hear my name being called I’ll look up to see a doctor resplendent in white flairs and a gigantic Afro hair style.
Alas, they’re just regular (but good) doctors here and if you’re a smarty-​pants and book the day ahead you’re likely to get straight in to see someone. Win.

St Kilda Super Clinic is a great service for trying to find a last minute GP. If you are located around this area they usually have 3 – 4 doctors on at a time and are very quick to get through the demand of patients in the waiting room.
The reception staff are very friendly and always efficient and can book you an appointment from as early as 7.00am right through until 10.45pm at night, during weekdays. On the weekend they are open from 8.00am until 10.00pm. The convenience of public transport is only metres from the main entrance. The super clinic also bulk bills. Another popular facility at their practice is the Solar Scan clinic. They provide a machine that takes note of any sun spots and stores them on file with measurements etc. They then record using a percentage, the probability of a developing melanoma. Upon your return visit they re-​scan you and compare results.
The Solar Scan Clinic is only available on Saturdays & Sundays and can get booked up for weeks in advance, especially around summer.
